But we prefer Akbulak; an hour and a half outside of the city. Good snow, a brand new gondola, it's always sunny, and it's a great place for the kids to learn.
Almost as good as B.C.

- Dave and Edna, Kyla and Cody
- Originally from a very small town in British Columbia, we are now living in Almaty, Kazakhstan, a city of 1.5 million. How is the ski rental situation in Kazakhstan?
Skiing one day and traversing the desert the next. Tough life you have there. We were almost feeling sorry for you. We are hoping the winter is getting close to being over, maybe we should go to Almaty.
Take care of that niece and nephew of ours.
